12 Laws of the Universe
Hello to my old friends and new friends.
I have returned for a spell, to continue into the wilderness of life itself, head on. You see there are laws that governs the Universe, regardless of us liking it or not. It just simply IS. We cannot change these laws to fit our so called perceptions or desire to shape them into some type of fashionable thing. If we try to do this changing thing we run head-on into a problem. Because these laws were set into place before the beginning of time, before any of us ever appeared onto Terra Firma (the earth) as we know it. Words are living things. Our body creates these living things to make ourselves heard and recognized and used for communication in various languages. Jesus said that he is the WORD. The WORD he was talking about is himself and on an existential plane, the words of multiple dialects and sound of the Universe. Actually we live inside of these Universal laws and Words, because we live inside of the Universe itself. Essentially God is the Encapsulation of the Universe. We live inside of HIM. He is LOVE. We live inside of the LOVE Creator. There is no real escape from this LOVE Live accordingly and you will reap the positive benefits of the LOVE that heals all things. Otherwise we struggle in vain and in the end accomplish nothing. Selah

The Law of Divine Oneness – everything is connected to everything else. What we think, say, do and believe will have a corresponding effect on others and the universe around us.
Law of Vibration – Everything in the Universe moves, vibrates and travels in circular patterns, the same principles of vibration in the physical world apply to our thoughts, feelings, desires and wills in the Etheric world. Each sound, thing, and even thought has its own vibrational frequency, unique unto itself.
Law of Action – Must be employed in order for us to manifest things on earth. We must engage in actions that supports our thoughts dreams, emotions and words
Law of Correspondence – This Universal Law states that the principles or laws of physics that explain the physical world energy, Light, vibration, and motion have their corresponding principles in the etheric or universe “As above, so below”
Law of Cause and Effect – Nothing happens by chance or outside the Universal Laws.. Every Action(including thought) has a reaction or consequence “We reap what we sow”
Law of Compensation- The Universal Law is the Law of Cause and effect applied to blessings and abundance that are provided for us. The visible effects of our deeds are given to us in gifts, money, inheritances, friendships and blessings.
Law of Attraction – Demonstrates how we create the things, events and people that come into our lives Our thoughts, feelings, words, and actions produce energies which, in turn attract like energies. Negative energies attract negative energies and positive energies attract positive energies.
The Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy – All persons have within them the power to change the conditions of their lives. Higher vibrations consume and transform lower ones; thus, each of us can change the energies in our lives by understanding the Universal Laws and applying the principles in such a way as to effect change
Law of Relativity – Each person will receive as series of problems (Tests of Initiation/Lessons) for the purpose of strengthening the light within each of these tests/lessons to be a challenge and remain connected to our hearts when proceeding to solve the problems. This law also teaches us to compare our problems to others problem into its proper perspective. No matter how bad we perceive our situation to be, There is always someone who is in a worse position. Its all relative.
Law of Polarity – Everything is on a continuum and has and opposite. We can suppress and transform undesirable thoughts by concentrating on the opposite pole. It is the law of mental vibrations.
Law of Rhythm – Everything vibrates and moves to certain rhythms.. These rhythms establish seasons, cycles, stages of development, and patterns. Each cycle reflects the regularity of God’s Universe. Masters know how to rise above negative parts of a cycle by never getting to excited or allowing negative things to penetrate their consciousness.
Law of Gender – The law of gender manifests in all things as masculine and feminine. It is this law that governs what we know as creation. The law of gender manifests in the animal kingdom as sex. This law decrees everything in nature is both male and female. Both are required for life to exist.
Twisted Logic, Chaos and Confusion
Greetings ladies and gentlemen. Have you noticed how shocking and confusing our world is today? In the USA and around the world, conflicts, political chaos, pseudo-racism meaning not real racism, is reappearing (I thought that we all had participated in the Civil Rights movement, and gotten rid of that one). We also banned the “N” word. We survived Viet Nam, the Women’s Liberation Movement, Hippies, Yippies, Yuppies, Ban the Bra Movement, Woodstock and others. We overcame all of that craziness and cruised thru the 70’s, 80’s, and into the 90’s. Then WHAM!!!!!!
Now here we are, all races are being exploited and killed for literally no justifiable reason and vilified. All of us are suffering. At the cross-roads of Hell again. Where did this come from? Who started this Chaos? This is all illogical. It defies any logic that I can see or comprehend in my grey matter. It appears that we are headed backwards in time of long ago, back to the cave man days. When we are supposed to be advancing forward with our so-called technology that was supposed to make life better. HUH? Smile ;- ) This just doesn’t make any sense. This is all about Twisted Logic ladies and gentlemen. Not real at all, just smoke and mirrors that the Evil One throws at you to confuse you into believing it is real. This is pseudo-reality, meaning that it appears to be real, smells real, feels real and looks real. But it is not. This is twisted logic. Nothing is as it seems. Just confusion. The Devil, Lucifer, Beelzebub, and evil is the Master of Confusion, and the prince and power of the air. Evil is walking the earth, down on the ground and spreading every form of ilk and vile corruption, mass murderers and etc. Evil is real. It is another form of ethereal energy bent on destruction and Hellish Hate.
Our God and Creator tells us that the Devil cannot do any more than you let him do to you. You must let him in, in order for him to take control of you, and cause mayhem and desolation by your hands. Saint Michael kicked the devil out of Heaven under God’s authority and he fell to the ground, where he still is today, hating God and wants us all dead, including Jesus Christ, because he wants to be God. Therefore he is mad and trying to wipe us all out, no discrimination from this evil one, but he makes you think that way by fooling you and twisting reality, and you believe a lie. Do not be confused by him, if so you will be lost. You must be Hot or Cold, but not Confused. God hates confusion. When you are confused twisted logic becomes real logic in an uneducated and uncivilized heathenistic mind.
Twisted means: having an intended meaning altered or misrepresented, a perverted translation of facts twisted out of any semblance to reality.
Logic means: correct reasonings. An attempt to distinguish good reasonings from bad reasonings.
Now you see how twisted our reasonings has become on our planet earth. What was right is now wrong, and believed to be the truth by unskilled minds. You become a puppet on a string. You “follow” everything and anything without thought. At some point you lose the ability to trust even your own mind and judgements. You give your mind’s controls over to confusing forces willingly. The blind is now leading the blind. The inmates have taken over the asylum. You are done and lost into infinity. But you can be restored back to sanity and salvation inside your heart and mind. Christ is The Word, literally. Follow The Words of truth and righteousness, because He cannot lie. Pure Love flows freely. Faith and Grace can save us all. Selah
Our struggle. Ephesians 6:12 (NIV)
For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.
My friends, do not be concerned about your style of clothing, just dress decently. Do not be concerned about your color or personality. Our Creator is not concerned about vanity or your personality. But your Heart and Mind carrying the Love seed is all important to him and to everyone, even if we do not readily know this.
Our dark world is where your very thoughts are of death, hate, corruption, evil and other unsavory thoughts exist. A dark world lacks true knowledge and a loss of righteousness, whereas in the light there is knowledge and truth and righteousness.
The spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms sounds impossible, because that is where we live today. You see we live in a heavenly realm of Atmosphere, Ionosphere and the Stratospheres. The AIR that we breathe is shared by the forces of evil. It’s all around us, everywhere. You see, the Prince of the Power of the Air is located here with us, and is causing all sorts of confusion here on earth, as HE is the Master of confusion.
God said and I quote ” I am not the master of confusion” , then who is? Someone must surely be, as each force has an equal and opposite opposing force of resistance. Anyone with a clear mind, even a neophyte knows who the master of confusion is. This evil master (Lucifer) is the cause of all of our problems in the spiritual/heavenly realms.
Fight for each other in all colors, creeds, national origins, ethnic groups, biracials, males, females and etc. We are all ONE on this planet, we share the same spirit, like it or not, we just simply do. This is a Spiritual war. The flesh and blood is our true homes that the spirit, which is YOU live in. The spirit cannot die, but the flesh and blood body can. The body is held harmless here, it is innocent in this context. Lucifer the evil one wants us all dead, God does not. Take this to the bank and cash it like a check. WE as ONE must prevail to the end. Stand up and fight against the spiritual evil forces, not against flesh and blood. Love one another. Peace – Out.
The Ten Commandments
And God spoke all these words, saying, I am the Lord thy God!
The following writings are about the Ten Commandments, and what happens to you, in the laws of man and nature, if you break one of these or all of these laws. These laws are Moral Laws to keep you out of trouble, they are warnings for the mind, placed in your subconscious mind from the superconscious mind, to automatically rise to the conscious levels of your mind, to remind you not to do certain negative things that will get you in trouble. The word “shalt” means “should” in the English language. “Thou Shalt not” is akin to “you should not” in translation.
For the righteous person, these laws are not applicable to you because you believe in the truth, and has given your heart and mind to our Creator. To the unrighteous person, these laws are for you, to learn about how you are to behave accordingly and abide by the law and come under grace. Some consider these laws to be done away with, when Christ died for us. But ladies and gentlemen let me strongly assure you that these laws are as relevant today as they were yesterday. Look around you, and you can see that these laws are being broken, and people are being punished for breaking them in a court of law or moral law. or natural law and etc. Christ is alive and his statutes are still being used by man’s law which originated from God’s law. Don’t believe me? Break one of them and then see what comes next. Even if Heaven and Earth passes away, my word will still stand, says the Lord. The words are his laws, don’t be confused. But they are laws to set you free and keep you free inside yourself, where he lives.
Lovology is a breath of fresh air, or another point of view in Theocentric Philosophy as to how to look at these laws. Not to change the message, but to change the method. An approach from another point of reference. God said “look at this new thing that I do,” which is good. The old becomes new again. This is not a religion here, but a tool for the mind to ponder “what if?” Open up your mind and cast a wide net into exploratory consciousness.
We shall begin:
- THOU SHALT HAVE NO OTHER gods BEFORE ME: Notice that the word god is written with a small “g”. Our God is written with a Capital “G” at all times to show reverence to our highest mind of Spirit. God sits at the top of your heart and mind, inside you. You cannot serve two gods. You will love one and hate the other. It is impossible to serve two. Trying to serve two leads to utter and total confusion inside your mind, since your inner self knows who God is and who the Devil is. Confusion will reign supreme inside your chaotic mind. God did not create confusion, but somebody or something did, inside your mind you already know who is the master of confusion is. The Devil, Beelzebub, Satan, Evil One and etc. Can you digit?
- THOU SHALT NOT MAKE UNTO THEE ANY GRAVEN IMAGE: A graven image is an image of things that relate to the grave, as in death or it’s adornments or images. God does not want us dead. So why should we make images of things that are dead. Do we worship the dead? If so then there is no reward for you. Only the living can give you a reward. It’s a waste of time in the Spiritual realms. create something beautiful or wonderful.
- THOU SHALT NOT TAKE THE NAME OF THE LORD THY GOD IN VAIN: Vanity in the Spiritual realms are a waste of time. Vain things do not last long, and are only temporary to the beholder. God is a jealous God. You take away the precious time that you could be using to spend some time with the Spirit. In prayer and meditation you enter into the higher realms of mind and leave behind the lower aspects of mindlessness. Vain things are empty and futile, has no real meaning in life. God is life, and has all the meanings to salvation.
- REMEMBER THE SABBATH DAY AND KEEP IT HOLY: Well here we are. The Sabbath day is the 7th day of the week, which is Saturday. But some worship the Sabbath day as Sunday. Well, from what I think that I know is, somewhere along the line mankind kind of switched days, or changed the calendar. Thusly, Sunday is now the Sabbath to some, but Saturday is the seventh day of the week. The Sabbath Day was set aside so that we too could get some rest from work and toils of our labors, to rest up and replenish our spirit. Also that particular day to set aside for time with God/ your higher mind. To access the higher realms of thought, and show reverence to our Creator. Some use Sunday, some use Saturday. Saturday is the seventh day. The word HOLY means, total and complete. Pure.
- HONOUR THY FATHER AND THY MOTHER: Today on the earthly plain, you see disrespect from the children toward their parents. These children do not realize that they are subject to the laws as well. Doing dishonor to a parent, which is an elder, is a terrible thing to do. The parent is where your shelter and food and care and love is supposed to come from. Hopefully. The child has not grown into maturity yet, to be able to judge right from wrong and will be punished by the parent and the Legal law. Spiritually this creates a problem for the child into the future. Karma is hell. Love is the healer, disrespect is an illness of the soul. Do not allow yourself to harbor this ill will and disrespect toward your parents, or your days may be shortened on earth. You may have to face the same karma from your own child some day. That’s the Law.
- THOU SHALT NOT KILL: When we kill someone, we set off all sorts of horrors with the loved ones of that person, as well as Law Enforcement. There are people connected to that person of possibly, a different race, a cousin, a brother, a sister, a mom, a dad, you name it. You have started a negative action that will probably end with you being incarcerated for life or killed by a vengeful other person that was connected to the victim. Also, if you do not atone for this action to God you will be lost forever. Atonement thru God can save your soul, but not your rear end. Being earthbound you will get what you deserve, accordingly to what you created in your own dark heart. This law is punishable by mankind as well as GOD.
- THOU SHALT NOT COMMIT ADULTERY: Committing adultery also creates all sorts of negative problems. You are doing what you should not do according to Spirit and legal law, and moral law. You are not getting away with anything. God sees thru our eyes. Your act will come to the light, doing scurrilous things in the dark will not hide you spiritually, only your physical body will be hidden for a spell, then expelled. You are also interfering with legal and spiritual law in another fashion, you did not keep your word under those precious vows, that you uttered in church. A marriage is a contract under God and Mans law. You have just broken the contract with both entities. You will pay for this error in judgement, or so called mistake. You have ripped love apart. How can you heal without love? Now hate automatically fills the void. You earned that negative reward for your own selfish actions.
- THOU SHALT NOT STEAL: When you steal, you break the law, you get punished if caught, and goes to jail, spending all kinds of time behind bars, when you could be doing something positive with your life. You also interfere with the cost of goods. Prices rise to offset the theft, and become more costly to you and your people that you love, and your friends. The owner of those goods are angry and the Law punishes you, you have a record of that ill begotten action that throws a block in front of your pathway in life forever. A thief cannot be trusted around anything that someone wants to keep. You are always being scrutinized by a clean person as to your dirtiness. Your future is a big question mark.
- THOU SHALT NOT BEAR FALSE WITNESS AGAINST THY NEIGHBOR: now, the word neighbor spiritually refers to anyone living on earth, not just the ones next door or across the street. Anyone on the planet. we are talking law here that came from spirit and applied to the earthly inhabitants that reside here. We are all neighbors. A false witness is a liar. A liar cannot be trusted. In a court of law you can be punished for lying to the Officer or Judge and etc. A liar cannot be trusted by good truthful people either. You outcast yourself. Possibly you can make others suffer as well by lying. In turn this lying will come back to you as well and cause you additional grief and suffering. God despises a liar. You are held liable for a lie in Heaven and on earth. Everybody that becomes aware of you shuns you, and your life can just bog right down into the ground. We all hold the keys to each others destinies, we have the power to do this under grace. Do the right thing.
- THOU SHALT NOT COVET: The word covet means to wish for something in normal terms. But in the Law it means to desire something that does not belong to you. That is also out of your reach legally and morally Such as another’s spouse, or thing that you desire so bad that you would take dumb risks to get it. Totally reckless abandonment of your senses to have a desire that has gotten out of control, and has evolved into a monster of it own making in you dark mind. It is patently wrong to desire that which is out of your reach, especially if it makes you break spiritual and legal and moral law to get that self same person or thing. Find something that is not bound under law and free to acquire. Do not lose your moral goodness by committing despicable acts of mindlessness. Think about these things. Your Subconscious mind will warn you if you let it.
EXODUS XX
I hope that the above writings do at least one thing. Stimulate minds to merely think about what they are doing to themselves. Those commandments are suggestions to the superconscious mind to behave itself, to control itself, to take personal responsibility unto itself, so that the spirit and physical body is not subjected to harsh laws and punishments by man’s laws. To keep you free of bondage and all sort of sins (breaking spiritual law) on this earth. If we do right according to law, no one on earth can incriminate you. Break these laws and you automatically comes under judgement of these selfsame laws and cause your own punishment at your own hands. These laws will and must be obeyed or we fall thru the cracks and are lost to our loved ones and to God. These are warnings for the soul. Educate yourself in right things, stay away from wrong things. Evil and hate is going to try to get you anyway, but stand tall and refuse to be taken down a path that has a dark and final ending to your life. Learn the rules and regulations and statues of God and Man to stay free. Read right words that free yourself to be able to know from inside yourself that you are free. No man can free you, but God can. God is your higher spiritual mind. Go there to your own mountain top inside your mind. You are God’s greatest creation, ACT LIKE IT!
God Saves Souls. But!!!!!!!
Did you know, that God actually saves souls? Well, he really does. Now you see, I said that to get to another point in my story. I am not preaching here, I am simply exploring the actual and factual truth of an action on your part, that has to be carried out.
God is Spiritual, therefore he looks at things with a Spiritual eye. We are physical and has a human spirit, that human spirit has the potential to act and interact with the Holy Spirit, which is God’s active force. We can discern spiritual truths that are seen when they are manifested into the physical world by us. The spiritual/dreams/visions become real things by the energy and skills we have inside of us to create something from nothing. Ergo, oil into tires, sand into silica into computer chips, rocks into jewelry and so forth and so on. Can you diggit?
Now, what I am going to say will surprise some and some will sit there dumbfounded, some will wake up and get busy increasing their self-worth and prosper. Some religious souls will consider my thoughts are a bit hard on them. Well, I am not trying to make anyone mad, let’s speculate for a spell.
God saves souls, but it is up to you to save your own arse! The Spiritual Father saves our souls, which is the invisible, and formless thing that is really the I AM of us. It cannot die unless our Lord commands it so. Our physical bodies is the HOUSE where the spiritual US lives. Our spirit lives in a house of flesh and blood. Our flesh and blood combined seamlessly lives inside of a house of wood and brick and mortar. God lives inside of our house of flesh and blood which is the Church, along with our human self. You see, your body is a house for the two of you. God is already there, the power is already there, the innate built-in abilities are already there. You are contained within yourself your total entirety upon birth. You are in charge of all of this, so wake the heck up.
Praying to God for some gift or thing is not enough, you have to actually meditate and design the actual thing inside your mind to be able to see it later in the real world, created by you from nothing. Then your prayer is answered by you from the things the Lord has put on earth for you to have already. You have to make the first step, then he will take over inside you, guide you, comfort you, help you every step of the way till your desire has been answered.
Just because a few good things has happened to you already in life, do not sit on your laurels after you pray and expect God to come down from heaven and put these things in your hands. Get up and go to work, put the power of the active Holy One to good use, by actually mastering and controlling that physical thing that your spirit lives in. Get an education, learn a craft, help somebody that has a dream, create goals and live up to them, these things in our minds can be our blessings, but we have to go to work. God said “Mankind shall live by the sweat of his brow”, that means: you must go to work if you want to live. You don’t have to work yourself to death, work smart, think. Can you think in a smart way? If not then you can master it with practice. With a good mind and good skills learned inside you, you will be able to have every thing that you need, not necessarily everything that you want. Needs and wants are two different things altogether. Understand?
The power is in you, saved or unsaved, believers or a non-believer, sinner or a saint, even an atheist has this power, our Lord did not pick and choose. He sends the rain to the just and unjust all in equal measure.
You are responsible for your own life, you have to save your own soul as well as your arse. But you need the Lord God of all creation to help you with the details. Without his spiritual power non of us would survive this world. We have to work and sometimes fight for what is right and just. Just don’t forget who you are, and where you came from, and who guides you. God don’t need us pitiful pathetic humans, we need HIM! This world would not cease to exist if every single one of us died. The Holy books says ” even if Heaven and Earth passes away, my word will stand.” His word cannot die, he is Spirit. The Alpha and the Omega. The Beginning and the End.
So please, my friends work to save yourself as you are not designed to live into infinity, and take the Power with you, it exists everywhere at once, we just have to activate the force inside of us, we on earth is the bottom line. Save yourself and you in turn helps to save the world. Don’t just talk to hear yourself talk and use up oxygen, get busy because God is watching us.
Prayer is the initiation of Affirmative action, Meditation is listening to God talk to you, so you can receive directions, work is the means to create and earn every blessing that you deserve. A Blessing is considered as a “special favor” from our creator in Lovology. This is a win win situation. Sure the Devil (evil minds) is busy and wants you to fail and to be confused. Tell this Devil to get away from you, because you know who the Lord(creator) really is, and you will dwell in the house of the Lord forever. Peace1
I Am A Free American Man
Obviously when you first see me, my appearance is black. My Great Grandmother is/was an African American (bless her soul.) I myself on the other hand is 12% Muskogean Creek. My Great Grandfather was Muskogean Creek Indian (bless his soul as well.) Therefore I am Biracial. But most of all, I am simply an American Man. I was born here in the USA. I am “free”. I worked my butt off and got an education. I have lived all of my dreams thru God’s loving grace.. It was not easy, life itself is not easy. The laws and rules and regulations are in place for the freedom of America’s People. Black, White, Yellow, Brown, Purple, Polka-dotted, and etc. The original laws came to this country in the form of the Holy Bible. Thusly all laws used by mankind in the USA, such as Legal, Natural, Civil, Moral, Ethical and etc., are derived from that original set of laws. The Law of Love is the utmost law created by God. Love your neighbor as you would yourself and you will have fulfilled all of the remaining laws.
The problem is: Laws, rules, regulations and etc. are hidden in books. Some of my people of this world will not take the time, nor have the ambition to look in a book and read real talk. Some prefer to spend their time shucking and jiving, dramatizing and bullshipping their way thru life, ripping and killing each other. This is the low road to life.
Do not be lazy with no self esteem or ambition to do what is right for yourselves, no matter the so-called race stigma that the Devil tries to identify you with. God is no respecter of personalities. Meaning: that God is not concerned about the hue or color of your skin. He chose us to be different from each other. If you don’t like what I just said, then have this discussion with him and complain to him. Don’t you dare fall into that bottomless trap of negative mindlessness. I think that the different colors of skin is extremely beautiful and definitely not boring to look at. So, how did we learn to hate each other because of this pseudo reality? Was it some sort of past-history or some other negative thing that was cast upon you? I can understand how you feel about that. I too had to overcome myself and get past my own skin. Thru education, travel amongst indigenous peoples of different lands and countries, and most of all my greatest discovery was that I had a creator. I was not alone anymore from that day forward. I was able to see the suffering of other races, at the hands of their own race. There is a lot of misery on the planet. But God can bring you thru. I have the scars, scrapes, bandages and wounds of war from fighting against everything and anything that tried to destroy me. I am sore and getting old from all of the wear and tear. But you know what? I AM STILL STANDING. I am a free American Man. Period.
God said” I am not the Master of confusion. So this begs a question. Then who is the Master of confusion? Simple answer again: The Devil, Beelzebub, Lucifer, Satan among many other negative and rotten names. This Master of Confusion is in charge of the Air and lives on earth. Do not allow this evil entity to creep into your conscious/subconscious/mind/heart ever. He cannot do no more than you allow him to do. God’s got your back on this one, trust me. God cannot lie, simply because He is LOVE, and LOVE heals all.
We no longer have leaders of prominence, so we have to lead ourselves. Sounds good to me. Some has made a conscious or subconscious decision to enslave themselves in the here and now. We are our own dang problem. “Even when Heaven and Earth passes away, my words will never pass away.” Says the Host of Hosts. My old neighborhood in Baton Rouge was too mean, dramatic, and self-destructive for me. I love my people, but they were making my life miserable. There was one more “key” in my spiritual pocket, to open one last door after retirement. I used this key to open another door, hopefully in a better geographical setting that is more fitting for my mind-set, and where people like myself, black, white, Red, brown, and yellow and multicolor, that has a common spiritual plane of recognition and a hunger to get to know who we are inside, as humans, that wants to live and thrive. To love one another, for all eternity. I am a free American Man. I AM.
The Importance of Breast Feeding.
Greetings my friends. Are you hungry for another goodie, straight from the Doctor? OK, let me get this disclaimer out there, just in case someone thinks that I am trying to pose as a Medical Doctor. I am not a Medical Doctor, nor do I profess to be one. My articles are for informational purposes only, for the few that are looking for a breath of fresh air, and not for sale.
I am a Theocentric Philosopher that believes in God, and the many attributes of the same spirit. This information has been formulated by me from countless hours of listening, and reading, and watching, and also, asking deep profound questions. The bottom line is a result of my pondering such things and meditating on these things, with a mindset that leans heavily upon the speculative and critical knowledge of things, put them into my mental-mixer and arrive on the scene with my own abstract recipe, cooked down to a wonderful stew, that is food for thought..
The importance of Mother’s milk is beyond mere thinking on the surface, you have to dig down deep into your own psyche and see. Breast feeding is extremely important to the Newborn Child, and wonderfully pleasing and satisfying to the Mother. You see, when the Mother feeds her baby for the first time, there is the pre-milk or Colostrum. This first feeding of the baby really is the baby’s first natural Immune Injection. Also, this is the most important immune injection that the baby will ever get, straight from mommy to the child. The follow up immunoglobulin injections are, shall we say, follow ups. When the Mother feeds her child for the first time, she passes onto her child all of her immunities that she has in her body, that her body has built into immune defences gathered from her life of moving thru time and space, being bombarded by a plethora of diseases, funguses, rashes, pollens, and other invaders of the nasty kind. Her body has fought a war and won against these invaders. Now what she has is a smorgasboard of defenses custom made and passes on to her child. That child in turn will be more that ready for the world, or at least have a fighting chance for a healthy survival.
Colostrum: mother’s milk, secreted for the first few days then gradually change to normal milk. This Colostrum has a high protein and antibody count. Please do not confuse the Colostrum from Bovine cows with that from humans. One is fully compatable for the human child, the other is fully compatable for the baby calf. That’s where the conflux comes in. A Mother cow cannot possibly give your baby the type of immunities that that child needs for it’s future. Because it is a cow!!!! A cow’s milk of Bovine origins is good for you, yeah, sure, but no where as good as those first few days of Mommy’s goodness. Can you diggit?
Mother’s milk protects against: #1. Haemophilus Influenza type B. #2. Pneumonia cause by Streptococus Pneumonia. #3. Meningitis. #4. Infant Botulism. #5. Urinary tract infection. #6. Cholera. #7. Salmonela. #8. E.Coli infections. #9. Respiratory Syncytial Virus. #10. Reduce SIDS. #11. Fever problems with GERD. #12. Atopic Dermatitis. #13. Against Ear Infection. #14. Diabetes. #15. Obesity. #16. Herpes Simplex infections.
Mother’s Benefits: #1. Chemicals are released when the baby is feeding that calms and soothes the mother. #2. Helps the Uterus to contract and the bleeding to cease more quickly after delivery. #3. Reduces the risk of Breast and Ovarian Cancer. #4. Also, a great way for the Mom and Baby to Bond for life.
What’s in it?: #1, Fats (the good kind). #2. Vitamins- A-D-E-K. #3. Carbohydrates. #4. And more, all in perfect combinations, easier to digest than Bovine milk, because it comes from Mom. This is good stuff for your mind, I hope everyone that reads this will be blessed.
Now here are my final words about being Politically Correct. Beware of the Moral Police. These are the people that for some reason view the sight of a Mother Breast feeding her child in public as some type of evil thing. There is nothing evil about it. If you don’t believe me, just ask the Baby. I am only kidding there, but I think you get it.
Especially in our Civilized societies we see this as a reason to toss the Mother out of an Eatery or other public place. I suppose some people view this action as some type of Errogenous act or turn-on. Well maybe so, but deal with it, control yourself, adults. The kids around you are hearing you complain and act up about a simple thing that Mother Nature says is a good and proper thing to do. Mother Nature don’t have a problem with it, and we all know that it is not nice to fool with Mother Nature ;- ) Also, the kids has to learn from a natural action. They don’t see this as bad. We be ranting and raving about a natural thing like it is bad, programs the kids to react the same way and they don’t even know why. This is twisted logic for the adults to do this. Just go on about your business like it’s nothing to freak out about,no big deal and the kids will act accordingly. They do what we do, not what we say! Helloooo!
Seriously Mothers, It’s only natural to Breast feed if you can. You will know from within your heart and mind that you have done the best that you can do to ensure that your baby has what it needs in the invisible world (inside), to survive from some of the many preventable diseases in our indigenous zones where we live.
A closing note: I was not Breast fed. I have a type of fungus that attacks my skin about evey three or four years, my Mom does too. It is called “Lichen Planus”. It is a type of fungus that is in the air. It is not contagious. I cannot pass it on, even thru normal sex or blood. My Immune system does not recognize this enemy, as there is no built-in defense for it in my body, so my immune system just lets it sit there and itch the heck out of me and makes my skin erupt into small blisters. My Dermatologist commended me for doing the research on this. Even though there is no real cure for Lichen Planus, Steroids and Hydrocortisteroids can kill it, as well as the good cells. We agree that my research is at least going in the right direction. I hope my work helps at least one person on this earth, if so, then my job is well done. Take care of yourselves, afterall, that body is all that you really own on this earth. We use everything else. Everything else can be stolen by a thief in the night. Peace/Love
My Own Personal BLACK FLIGHT!
Greetings to the chosen few.
At this time I am going to elaborate on an old adage called “WHITE FLIGHT” in a kind of reverse way.
My friends, “White Flight” was and still is a term used to signify White people moving away from their homes and neighborhoods because of the influx of Blacks or some other Race or Class of people moving in, and destroying their peace of mind. I have been exposed to that term as a black man. I have lived thru this and understand the nature of this plight.
When I moved into my neighborhood, there were approximately 90% White and 10% Black living here. That was 36-years ago when I purchased my home. Now I too am about to move, because of the chaos from mixed people that happens to be moving in and destroying my neighborhood.. I am not going to defame anyone here because I see this type of movement going on everywhere now amongst all races around the globe. Not because of a particular race, but because of a particular mindset. There are all kinds of people traveling thru my neighborhood. But what bothers me most is the Extreme amount of noise and mayhem they bring, and consider it normal. This chaotic behavior, that only ceases for about 3 1/2 hours in a 24 hour period. That is the only time that I can get some good sleep. From around 2:30am to 6:00am. I need normal peace and quiet.
Now, Black Flight is in reference to me, since I am Black. I am going to do a Black Flight thing and fly away from this perpetual mayhem and chaotic ass neighborhood. I need large amounts of peace and quiet so I can think, and remain in good health and live long and strong. My neighborhood is destroying me unintentionally, but non-the-less destroying my peace of mind anyway, and theirs also.
I have very good skills that I would like to put to use here, but no one is interested in deep thinking, reading, learning, about good behavior, dignity, pride, and self preservation. I started a small counseling center with the promise from my neighbors that they would come, and set down and talk about ourselves, and build ourselves up, and come together. A place to commune and air out problems, to solve problems, to reestablish love into our homes. To get together and help ourselves, paint a house, mow a yard, repair a roof, what ever it took to help each other and to have each others back. Instead of sitting around sucking out of a 40-oz, killing brain cells or draging on a Joint nullifying your brain cells or injesting some kind of drug into their bodies killing more brain cells and committing slow suicide. While they are wasting their time away doing noncreative and destructive personal things we could throw a Bar-be-que, have a great time and fix up someones home, which is creative and usefull and beautiful. But no one came. I had to close the Center 3-months later. No one cared enough to persue a good thing with their own neighbors or family. That’s really sad.
Now, I still have the key to open that door to my own prosperity and others as well. But my people in my area are bound down in misery. They don’t seem to know or have the desire to activate their own powers of love and compassion, and help each other in my area, that is experiencing crime and all types of chaos. My neighborhood is dying a slow death, and I cannot help out, because no one else cares to listen to me. But, you know, as a second thought, only a few really listened to Jesus, and he was God in man, so who am I, for someone to listen to? Nobody, I suppose.
Since I am on a quest for peace of mind, I plan to move to an area of the country that maybe, just maybe, can use a little spiritual motivation. Just maybe I can or will be able to find a home for my spiritual motivational practice. Just maybe there is a unique area of people that still cares and would cater to someone like me, that I would be willing to volunteer my services and skills that I have learned during my lifetime, that I would freely give away. Just to see a smile, a really happy face, a home that has been repaired, a neighbor that has made friends with their neighbor. Kids playing in a safe environment, adults that are conducive to their learning and upbringing. My art of Philosophy, Spirituality, and Counseling learned from 34-yrs of studying, along with extensive travels in 45 of the 48 United States in an 18-wheeler, alone, and overseas via the Military, must not go to waste. I must find that new home for my spiritual freedom, so my body can get some rest. I can’t do that here. I want to grow wings and fly. I want to ascend to a higher plane of thought and bring as many as I can with me to a new dimension inside ourselves that will shine like the brightest star, outside. That others can see, how I/we have overcome ourselves.
To those that personally know me, you know what and where I am referring to. To my new friends on the pathway to sanity I will share more with you personally and online. I am not in the business of downgrading and vilifying, and talking ugly about others. I mean to talk uP to you. I mean well, but this is real. I have a dream too, of wonderment and peace and love.
Black Flight is what I am going to do. I am not a black man running away from trouble, I am a black man running toward salvation. I speak the truth for all of us, as we are ONE on this planet earth. Peace
