10 – HRS of Relaxation Music.

Relaxation music is very good for relaxing, studying, and sleeping. This instrumental music has a profound effect on the brain, that effects the Circadian Rhythm (sleep cycles) or Biological clocks of natural sleep. Over time your cognition levels will increase, studying and comprehension of words and absorption will flourish. The vibrational rhythms of Classical and Instrumental and Meditational music, is more beneficial and conducive to learning, and healing from mental and emotional stresses of the day. No other music has this positive effect on the brain’s ability to stimulate learning.
